Namely Personal Injury, Idaho Workers' Compensation, Washington Labor & Industry, and Social Security claims. By limiting our practice, we are able to keep ourselves up to date on these specific areas of the law, and increase our depth of experience in these areas. 

People who have suffered an injury and who are in need of legal services usually have lost wages and may be unable to pay for attorney services up front. For that reason, Goicoechea Law Offices works on a contingency fee basis.  This means that we are paid at the resolution of the case based on a percentage of the amount that we recover for you. If no recovery is made, there is no attorney fee.
